I acknowledge and pay respects to the traditional custodians of Nipaluna*/Hobart, Lutruwita*/Tasmania - where I currently live, work and create; and recognise the continuing connection between today's Tasmanian Aboriginal people and this beautiful island . (*In palawa kani, the language of Tasmanian Aborigines). 

I also pay my respects to the Ngunnawal & Ngambri people - the traditional custodians of the Australian Capital Territory; where my love and appreciation for the natural environment was developed as a child, and to which I have an enduring connection.
